What is the minimum my candle will burn for?

No two candles are exactly the same. They are hand crafted with unconditional love in a sacred space and given individual attention to create the special unique healing energy required just for you. These candles are made in a convenient seamless silver travel tin with lid. Burn time may vary depending the energetic response of the candle to your individual needs. Due to energy content of the candles, it is recommended to burn candle for 1 hour maximum at a time. As a guide however burn times are:
• Big candles approx 20 hr burn time
• Small candles approx 12 hr burn time

How do I safely use my candles?

• Never move a lit candle
• Never burn near any flammable material
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Never place the lid on the candle whilst its burning
• Always avoid exposure to drafts
• Always keep out of reach of children and pets
• Always place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface
• Always read and follow instructions contained on the warning label at the bottom of each candle.

Do the candles have lead wicks?

No, all our wicks are cotton and soy wax which are non-toxic and eco-friendly.

How much does postage and shipping cost for my order?

We use Australia Post for our delivery service and post to Australian residences ONLY. The prices are in Australian Dollars.
Postage and shipping is charged at $10 for less than $100 and $17 for all orders $100 or more.
Each parcel is gently and securely hand packed with love and care so you can receive your magical candle in perfect condition.

How long will it take to get my product?

Once payment has been received please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for delivery once orders have been posted.
Please provide a street address only, P.O BOX will not be accepted.
If the delivery address details provided by you are incorrect and thus affect delivery,
you will be responsible for the cost if the parcel is returned to us and also if you wish to have the shipment returned back to the correct address then this charge will also be paid by you.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Light Synergy will allow cancellation of orders only in the event that they have not yet been dispatched. For the avoidance of any doubt, you may not cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

What is the returns policy?

You have 10 days from the time of purchase to return your candle. Please include photos and evidence as to why you are returning the candle. You must pay all costs of returning products to us, upon inspection we can refund you the price of the product. We will not refund on change of mind.
